SAVANNAH - Mary Ramsey Hunter, 83, died Sunday, September 26, 2010, at St. Joseph's Hospital.
The Colleton County, South Carolina native was a longtime resident of Savannah. She was a member of Ellabell United Methodist Church and the Woodmen of the World. Mrs. Hunter retired in 1989 from Memorial Medical Center after twenty-one years of service.
Surviving are her children, Walter McFarlane and Malinda McFarlane; a step-son, Edward Ray McFarlane; a brother, Everett Ramsey of Tillman, SC; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Wednesday at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel
